I just moved into a new house and a shower door has a continuous hinge that New (to me) house needs glass shower door/hinge repair.

My shower door is about 20 years old and has started to sag over the years. When I try to close it, the door holds against the bottom of the shower entrance and must be lifted up to close all the way. I have scoured for videos on how to fix this issue, but I can’t find anything that matches up with the shower door that I have.
